Looking to enroll a record number of students from certificate to masters, we transformed Paid Social Channels into a lead generation machine.
Innopharma Education had over 1930 seats to fill in several courses split between three intake periods, between March 2020 and 2021.
Historically, the company has been known as a provider for Pharma courses, however they expanded to Food Science and MedTech areas, but these courses were far from achieving the same attention and results as their most well-known area.
To increase awareness of Innopharma’s offering, we created an integrated strategy to ensure they’d be top of mind for those who want to upskill in Pharma, MedTech and Food Science.
We were fortunate enough to work with very closely with Innopharma Education, who provided creative as we needed (e.g. Testimonial videos) and gave full clarity on the company’s KPIs.
Here’s how we achieved the results for Innopharma Education:
While the total number of leads was an all-time high, some course areas were not hitting their targets. To overcome this issue, we created more content to promote the USPs of these courses that were falling behind in leads.
Instead of promoting only lead generation pages, we focused efforts on awareness and educated potential students by promoting helpful content using Quora Ads.
One of the main goals for Innopharma Education was to become a top of mind brand for MedTech, Food Science and get a full class on their new Modular Courses and new Post Graduate Diploma. Another milestone was to nearly double the number of students from H1 2020 vs the two following intakes. We achieved this by driving a 93% increase in leads YoY. These leads were much higher quality, as we increased the lead to student ratio by 67%.
