What set you on the road to where you are now?
A: I’ve always been drawn to marketing; even the traditional side before I discovered digital. But I’m not the type who enjoys sitting around endlessly discussing ideas. I prefer the hands-on, "make things happen" approach.

A: For me, CRM and Email are the heartbeat of the whole system. It’s where all your marketing connects. It's about turning someone who just found you into someone who sticks around.
