What set you on the road to where you are now?
I joined Wolfgang in 2014 as a Google Ads trainee. I always loved building relationships with clients and supporting their growth, so the natural next step was the Client Lead path, focusing on business strategy. As the company grew, we needed a resource dedicated to new business, which is how I ended up as Head of Growth!
As a co-owner, what does being part of an employee-owned trust actually mean to you?
I come from a family of business owners, so I've always dreamed of owning my own. Wolfgang going employee-owned helped that dream become a reality! The people here have always felt special, so it's brilliant to now work together as partners. We have more input into how the business is run and more responsibility for growing it, which positively impacts our clients. I'm so proud to work for such a pioneering company.
As Head of Growth, what's the most common challenge or frustration you hear from potential partners?
I think increasing costs and slowing growth is a challenge for everyone right now. Customers are discovering brands in new channels, so efficiencies can be found through a more diversified channel mix across paid and organic. A big part of this is future-proofing by embracing the AI revolution, both for workflows and for improving visibility on AI search, which is in triple-digit growth.
