What set you on the road to where you are now?

After a few years in the film and TV industry, I was looking for something more future-focused. I noticed job postings for 'SEO', Googled it (an appropriate first step!), and was hooked. Meddling with tech and writing to appease a mysterious algorithm? What's not to love? I landed a trainee role at Wolfgang in 2015, used my SEO background to enhance my content, and worked my way up to Head of SEO .
 

As a co-owner, what does being part of an employee-owned trust actually mean to you?

For me, it enshrines everything we hold dear. We've always had a company-wide profit share, but the EOT ensures it stays that way. We don't need to worry about the rug being pulled out from under us one day, and having everything we've worked so hard to build ripped apart. That’s very comforting, and it makes me see my long-term future here at Wolfgang.
 

As our Head of SEO, what's that one rock-solid foundational piece of SEO that you see brands consistently neglect?

It's nothing new, but I'm always impressed at how much value a solid internal linking strategy can drive. It's not flashy, but if you do it properly, you can propel key landing pages up the search rankings.
